I went out for a ramble in the Sonoran Desert at dusk, only to walk right into a brewing rain storm (something that we desperately need in Arizona).

The change of the atmosphere was remarkable, and I ended up staying in place (under shelter) until the storm had passed, and the silver moonlight came out from behind the retreating storm clouds. I recorded my impressions of the evening over the next week.

The desert is an amazing, magical place that I have come to love.
